SKS Custom Homes, LLC is general contractor located and licensed in North Carolina We are a member of the Raleigh-Wake County Homebuilder's Association. We specialize in building fine custom homes of high quality and rich detail. By delivering a limited number of homes each year, we are able to provide our customers with individualized attention and incorporate the most desirable design features into our homes. Our management team has 20 years of experience in building mid-range priced homes with high-end amenities, nearly all of it in the Triangle area of North Carolina.

We work with developers such as Parker Development to secure attractive home building sites and then work with the Triangle's finest designers, such as Design Tech to create custom home plans for each lot. Through this process we are able to create a final product that highlights the best features of the setting and home plan.
